Eel vs. Fish

A tragic and all too common scene: the ocean’s most graceful creature, the eel, blinded by the glare of paparazzi flashbulbs.

The attention is certainly understandable. Eels are known to be sleek, fierce, sexy predators capable of crushing a full-grown rhinoceros in their snake-like coils. Not clumsy like sharks or ugly like octopi, their perfection stands as living proof of God’s grace on Earth. Just the sight of one brings on an undeniable, gut-wrenching desire to be more like the eel, to live as master of space, time and the ocean deep.

That surgeon fish was granted a rare and glorious opportunity to serve as sustenance to an emperor among mere plebeians. Instead of honoring this sacred moment, however, photographers barged in with their bright blinding lights and their churning fins and their bubble-bubble-bubble. What outrage is next, up the skirt shots?

Know this, paparazzi: Judgment is coming and the majestic eel will have it’s retribution!

- Eel

Cute little Surgeon fish... on his way home after a day of surgeries. He was kind enough to pose for some underwater photographers, and flap his little side flippers! He was all like, “Sure, fine. Nice to see you guys. What's happening?” Then all of a sudden he was blindsided by an eel. What nerve! That's so annoying! I hate when eels attack adorable little creatures. Why don't they pick on someone their own size?! Seriously, I'll fight you!! No, wait a minute, no I won't, but I'd put one of you up against a baby shark. That would be a fair fight.

Don't eels realize these Surgeon fish have a mission in life? It's to be cute & save lives. It is not to be food for you, you crazy blood-lusting eel. Look at them with their dinky little fins. They know they belong in a fish tank, but we let them entertain us and attend to their surgical practice in the ocean deep. Eels need to respect photogenic fish!!

That insane eel has been marked. All I'm saying is: he better watch his back. Surgeon fish are known to have large friends and when the eel least expects it: CHOMP!!
